WebNov 26, 2024 · The plus nuts that I have were not able to be threaded on the Tacklife mandrel. The sleeve for the plusnuts is just too long for the threads to catch and that’s why it didn’t work. What the 3/8″ washer does is replace the threaded cap, that serves as the ‘anvil’ which the plus nut pulls against when actuating the tacklife tool.
