But I have noticed how when I have a totally black background, & I set my brightness level below 40%, that the OLED seems to have a faint “glow” like older LCD screens. Like the iPhone 11 Pro series, I’m hoping Apple issues out an update to fix these issues soon. WebHey there. I'm working on a iPhone 12 I replaced recently and the customer broke the OLED after the first repair a few days after it was fixed. Anyways on boot the Apple logo and screen are bright with the new screen but once its booted the screen isn't back lit. The brightness is too the max and the chips around the connectors are all in tact.
