There are 11 of us including 6 kids so seat selection is important. I am a single so my seat was changed. I just changed it myself to be with family again. Because of the airline's decision to change the flights in such a way that we can't make our connection, we had to scramble. JetBlue refunded our tickets because they wouldn't re-accommodate on another carrier and had no other options.
