Webb12 apr. 2014 · To configure the sent items behaviour for shared mailboxes we use the Set-MailboxSentItemsConfiguration cmdlet. This is available in Exchange Server 2010 SP3 but not yet available in Exchange Server 2013 at the time this article is being written. When user is sending emails from this shared mailbox, the sent emails are not saved in the sent items folder of the shared mailbox. i have not assigned the license to this shared mailbox, experts advise me on this

For example, to turn it off for Mary, they'd run the command: Set-Mailbox -Identity [email protected] -MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled $false. Webb7 apr. 2024 · Thanks for your update and sharing. Normally, if B is shared mailbox, and A send message as B, the message will save in B's Sent Item folder.
