Webb10 apr. 2024 · It seems it is connected to Bing and the sidebar. I disabled the sidebar options but Bing is still appearing and when it does then the Shell Page loading issue occurs. If you select "+" for another tab, delete the tab with the Shell Page issue, it should stop. I tried it a few times for it to cease.
